Welcome to We Pull Up. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the We Pull Up mobile application (“App”), owned and operated by We-pullup Ltd ("Company", "we", "our", or "us"). By downloading, installing, or using our App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

1. Use of the App

You must be at least 18 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that:

  • You have the authority to enter into a binding agreement.

  • All information you provide is accurate.

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

2. Services Provided

We Pull Up provides delivery and logistics booking services via the App. We may also allow communication with drivers or service providers, tracking of orders, and payment processing.

We may modify or discontinue any part of the App at any time without notice.

3. Account Registration

To access features, you may need to register an account. You are responsible for:

  • Keeping your login information confidential

  • All activity under your account

We may suspend or terminate your account if we believe it has been misused.

4. Payments

Fees for deliveries or services are displayed within the App. By confirming a booking, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method.

All payments are final unless otherwise stated in our refund policy.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation policies and potential fees will be clearly stated during the booking process. Refund eligibility may depend on timing and service status.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or harm the App or its users

  • Impersonate any person or entity

We reserve the right to terminate access for violations.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality in the App are owned by We-pullup Ltd or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without our permission.

We do not guarantee:

  • The App will always be secure, available, or error-free

  • That deliveries will be completed in all circumstances

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, We-pullup Ltd shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Loss of data, profits, business, or reputation

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 3 months.

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless We-pullup Ltd from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. We will notify you by updating the "Last Updated" date or via the App.

Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the new Terms.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, for violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in that region.
